ADMINISTRATION CLERK: ASSETS MANAGEMENT- Amajuba Memorial Hospital

Salary: R228 321 p.a. [Level 5]

Duties:

⦁ Financial Accounting Transactions: Receive, verify, and process invoices and payment vouchers.

⦁ Capture all financial transactions on the relevant financial systems (BAS, LOGIS).

⦁ Compile and process journals.

⦁ Administer petty cash according to guideline.

⦁ Perform bank and account reconciliations, including suspense and unallocated accounts.

⦁ Budgeting Support: Assist in the compilation of budget submissions (e.g., MTEF).

⦁ Monitor expenditure against budget and identify variances.

⦁ Compile monthly In Year Monitoring (IYM) reports. Administration & Compliance: Render proper record-keeping and manage filing systems for all financial documents.

⦁ Ensure compliance with the PFMA, Treasury Regulations, and other financial prescripts.

⦁ Assist during audit processes by providing required information.

⦁ Handle internal and external queries related to financial matters.
