Requirements
- ✓Education and Experience
- ✓Grade 12, Tertiary Qualification in Human Resource Management / Business Administration (Compulsory). 3+ years experience in an Administrative role in the same or similar role
- ✓Required Job Competencies
- ✓Execute general administration for the Service Centre as required
- ✓Action employee clocking data on a daily basis and submit through to the HR department for payment of salaries
- ✓Investigate and resolve salary, leave etc. queries of all Warehouse employees
- ✓Compile relevant employee reports for the Line Manager
- ✓Execute Service Centre inventory control and safekeeping practices
- ✓Execute activities to comply with relevant safety policies and procedures
- ✓Deal with internal and external customers in a customer-centric manner
- ✓Effective self-management and teamwork
- ✓Ability to multi-skill across departments where and when required
