Requirements
- ✓Minimum Qualification and Experience Requirements
- ✓· Finance degree / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Management, Economics, or related field
- ✓· 2 - 3 years’ working experience in corporate environment operating at strategy level
- ✓· MBA – added advantage
- ✓Desired Skills and Qualities
- ✓· Strong business acumen, ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast moving and often shifting work environment.
- ✓· Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- ✓· Research and data analysis.
- ✓· General knowledge of privacy laws.

About This Role
Primary Responsibilities for the RolE
· Management Support Support in the design, roll out and monitoring of the business strategy templates and process.
· Support in the design, roll out and monitoring of the Divisions strategy templates and process.
· Provide support in conducting research and benchmarking where applicable .
· Provide support and integrative coordination in the planning, development, and implementation on various strategy related activities.
· Support management during performance reviews period.
· Coordinate and Facilitate business activities in the Office of the Director
· Manage and coordinate the implementation of strategy and planning programmes.
· Oversee the strategic planning process by ensuring that all aspects required for the process are observed and complied with.
· Facilitate the implementation of management systems, processes and best practice for monitoring of the strategy.
· Coordinate activities related to the monitoring and evaluation process.
· Prepare and compile strategy performance reviews and reports.
· Collect, compile and consolidate business strategic data and all relevant information to inform the strategy development.
· Monitors and following up on strategic matters with the divisions and with the relevant key stakeholders.
· Project manage adhoc projects, as and when required by the Director.
· Represents the strategy unit in various divisional meetings where applicable.
