- ✓REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- ✓ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
- ✓No experience is required but technical aptitude is needed
- ✓DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
- ✓1 year’s experience in general building maintenance
- ✓REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- ✓Skills and knowledge of building maintenance issues
- ✓Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment (e.g. OHS and ISO)
- ✓Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- ✓Knowledge of Planned Maintenance Systems
- ✓Skills and knowledge of general equipment repairs
