Shoe City is a dynamic and innovative fashion retailer seeking a talented Store Planner Graduate to join our merchandise team in the planning space for a contract to gain exposure in the world of work.The successful graduate will support the planning team by helping to make sure the right products are sent to the right stores, in the right amounts, and at the right time. You'll work closely with others to learn how to manage stock levels and help improve sales by making sure each store has what it needs to meet customer demand. Training and support will be provided as you grow into the role.Some Knowledge of general logistics and supply chain processes. A basic understanding or interest in how retail works, especially in areas like Buying, Planning, Logistics, Distribution Centres (DCs), and Stores. Awareness of how products are restocked during seasonal and non-seasonal periods (replenishment). Good with numbers and able to think analytically to help solve problems. Strong people skills and the ability to build good working relationships. Able to plan, stay organised, and manage time well in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Google Suite would be an advantage
