Programme Overview

AVBOB invites unemployed South African graduates to apply for the 2025 2026 Member Rewards Graduate Programme. The programme provides workplace exposure within customer value operations inside the insurance sector. AVBOB has operated for more than 100 years and supports employee growth, wellness and performance recognition.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional client service within the branch.

Manage and record client enquiries and service outcomes.

Escalate complex queries and complaints to supervisors or branch managers timeously.

Assist clients with technical support relating to AVBOB Member Value products.

Build long term client relationships through follow up and feedback.

Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Use surveys to identify customer service risks and improvement areas.

Support product improvement suggestions based on client feedback.

Qualifications Required

Financial Degree

Accounting or Economics Degree

BSc Information Systems

Marketing Management Degree

Business Administration Degree

Skills and Experience

Data analytics

Sales experience (advantage)

Customer service experience (advantage)

Problem solving ability

Resilient and able to work under pressure

Strong verbal and written communication

South African citizen

Age 18 to 35
