Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional client service within the branch.
• Manage and record client enquiries and service outcomes.
• Escalate complex queries and complaints to supervisors or branch managers timeously.
• Assist clients with technical support relating to AVBOB Member Value products.
• Build long term client relationships through follow up and feedback.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Use surveys to identify customer service risks and improvement areas.
• Support product improvement suggestions based on client feedback.

Qualifications Required

• Financial Degree
• Accounting or Economics Degree
• BSc Information Systems
• Marketing Management Degree
• Business Administration Degree

• South African citizen
• Age 18 to 35
• Unemployed and available immediately
• Not enrolled in any full time study programme during internship period
• Not previously part of any internship programme
• Meet qualification and experience requirements
