- Grade 12 senior certificate or equivalent
- South African citizen aged 18 to 34
- Aligned to EE requirements of the programme
- Unemployed and not studying in 2024 or during the programme
- No previous participation in any YES Programme
- Full-time availability for the full 12 months
- Interest in transport, warehousing and logistics
- Code 08 driver’s licence required
