Structured 2-Year Programme for Engineering Graduates

Canyon Coal (Pty) Ltd is inviting qualified and motivated graduates to apply for their latest 24-month internship cycle. Based at the Khanye Colliery in Bronkhorstspruit, this programme offers hands-on technical experience in a fast-paced mining environment.

Available Positions:

  • ⚙️ Mechanical Engineering: 1 Post
  • ⚡ Electrical Engineering: 2 Posts

    • Eligibility Requirements

    To be considered for this intake, applicants must meet the following criteria:

    • Must be a South African citizen with a valid ID.
  • Age group: 18 – 35 years.
  • Completed Grade 12 (Matric).
  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Must be medically fit for duty (Mining standard).

    • Preference Criteria:

    In line with Canyon Coal’s Social and Labour Plan (SLP) and Employment Equity goals, preference will be given to:

    • Applicants residing in the Bronkhorstspruit area.
  • Females and people with disabilities.
