  • Role Overview: What You Will Do

    As a Chemical Engineering Graduate, you will be deeply integrated into the core manufacturing processes. You will gain exposure to:

    • Laboratory Operations: Managing and executing day-to-day lab tasks.
  • Analytical Chemistry: Detailed analysis of raw materials and end-product composition to ensure quality standards.
  • Process Monitoring: Understanding the chemical properties that drive ceramic production.
  • Requirements: Who Should Apply?

    Ceramic Industries is looking for candidates with strong analytical skills and leadership potential. The minimum requirements are:

    • Qualification: B.Sc or B.Eng in Chemical Engineering, Analytical Chemistry, or a similar field.
  • Advanced Study: Post-graduate qualifications are highly beneficial.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in leadership roles (School, University, or Community).
  • Logistics: Own transport is beneficial as the role involves shift work.
  • Working Hours (Shift Rotation)

    Since the manufacturing plants operate 24/7, graduates must be willing to work the following shifts:

    • Monday – Friday: 06:00 – 18:00
  • Saturdays: Every second Saturday (6-hour shift)
