About the internship
The Graduate Internship Programme is a public service graduate work experience initiative (as contemplated by Cabinet, December 2002). It provides unemployed South African graduates an opportunity to practise and apply the skills gained at tertiary level in a real workplace — in this case, at the Companies & Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC).
Who should apply?
- Unemployed South African graduates (completed degree or diploma) who have little or no work experience.
- Applicants who have not participated in the Internship programme previously.
- Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years of age.
Remuneration & contract
Successful interns will receive a monthly stipend of R12 000.00. Interns must sign a Graduate Internship Programme Agreement. This placement is for 24 months and is based at the Sunnyside, Pretoria office.
