    • Available Locations

    This is a national intake with opportunities at various Clover branches and distribution centers, including:

    • Gauteng: Roodepoort (Head Office), Clayville, Atlas Distribution.
  • Western Cape: CDC Cape Town.
  • KwaZulu-Natal: CDC KZN, Queensburgh.
  • Other: Polokwane, Nelspruit, Port Elizabeth.

    • Requirements: Do You Qualify?

    Clover is looking for proactive South African youth who meet these specific criteria:

    • Age: Between 18 and 33 years old.
  • Education: Must have a Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
  • Employment Status: Currently unemployed.
  • Experience: Must NOT have participated in a previous YES learnership with another organization.

    • Your Duties and Responsibilities

    During this 12-month program, you will be placed in the Production, Primary Transport, or Secondary Distribution departments. You will gain experience in:

    • Warehouse Management: Stock control, receiving, dispatching, and re-supplying stock on digital systems.
  • Administration: Capturing driver documentation, satellite reports, and processing invoices.
  • Logistics Operations: Optimizing picking performance and minimizing idling time in the warehouse.
  • Safety & Housekeeping: Ensuring the work environment adheres to Good Manufacturing Standards (GMP).
