    • Who Should Apply?

    This trainee programme is specifically designed for students who have completed their theoretical modules and now require practical workplace experience (Experiential Training) to finalize their qualification.

    Academic Requirements:

    • Studying towards a Diploma/Degree in: Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, Inventory, Production Management, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Grade 12 with Mathematics or Maths Literacy (Minimum 40%).
  • Pass in two South African languages (Minimum 40%).

    • Other Requirements:

    • Must be a South African Citizen (Employment Equity candidate).
  • Age between 18 and 35 years.
  • Must be currently unemployed.
  • Mandatory: A letter from your tertiary institution requesting workplace experience.

    • What You Will Be Doing

    Reporting to the Stores Team Leader, you will gain hands-on knowledge in a world-class manufacturing environment. Key duties include:

    • Exposure to warehouse, manufacturing, and logistics logistics systems.
  • Learning ERP systems (inventory management software).
  • Applying theoretical skills to solve business problems.
  • Developing decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
