The Digby Wells Environmental Bursary provides financial assistance and career development opportunities to students pursuing tertiary education in key environmental fields. Successful candidates will receive support that may include:

• Full or partial tuition coverage

The bursary is open to students pursuing or intending to pursue qualifications in the following areas:

• Environmental Science / Environmental Management

To qualify for the Digby Wells Environmental 2026 Bursary, applicants must:

• Be a South African citizen

Applicants must submit the following documents when applying:

• Motivational letter outlining your interest in the environmental field and Digby Wells’ values

Successful bursary recipients may be required to participate in vacation work or internships at Digby Wells Environmental during university breaks. This provides valuable on-the-job experience, networking opportunities, and exposure to industry challenges.

Upon graduation, bursary holders may be expected to work for Digby Wells Environmental for a period equivalent to the duration of their bursary support, ensuring a return on investment for both the student and the company.
