Key responsibilities & learning outcomes
The Graduate in Training programme combines institutional training with on-the-job rotations. Expect to:
- Receive formal classroom and e-learning modules relevant to your field
- Rotate through operational and support units to gain practical experience
- Work on real projects under supervision and contribute to team objectives
- Develop professional competencies: communication, stakeholder engagement and problem solving
- Build familiarity with Eskom policies, safety protocols and operational standards

Minimum academic requirements
Applicants must hold a relevant B degree (completed) in one of the listed fields or an equivalent qualification. Candidates will undergo Eskom’s recruitment process and—if successful—will be placed across operations within Eskom divisions in the CentralEast cluster.
