Fidelity Services Group is recruiting a Logistics Coordinator to support the operational side of their learnership programmes at their Robertville office in Roodepoort, Gauteng. This is a permanent position within Fidelity Security Services, one of South Africa's largest security and investigations companies. The role is practical and coordination-heavy — you will be managing learner attendance, transport, workplace placements and task tracking across classroom and on-site environments.

What You Will Be Doing

This is an operational coordination role with a training focus. Your day-to-day work will include:

  • Monitoring learner attendance across classroom programmes and following up on absenteeism
  • Coordinating learner transport and movement to workplace sites
  • Allocating and confirming workplace placements with site supervisors
  • Maintaining learner placement schedules, attendance records and task trackers
  • Following up on workplace learning activities and supervisor confirmations
  • Reporting weekly on attendance, transport, placement and task progress

What You Need to Apply

  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • Two years of experience in logistics, operations, learner coordination, scheduling or site administration
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and Microsoft Teams
  • Good communication, planning and problem-solving skills
  • A valid driver's licence is advantageous where site visits are required
