What You Will Be Doing

The role is data and operations heavy. On a typical basis you will be involved in:

• Monitoring catering and ancillary revenue performance to identify trends and opportunities
• Supporting implementation and post-launch reviews of commercial products and promotions
• Conducting competitor and market analysis to support commercial decisions
• Preparing and maintaining weekly and monthly dashboards, reports and performance summaries
• Collecting, analysing and validating operational and commercial data
• Compiling business cases and management reports on ancillary products
• Developing and maintaining process documentation, SOPs and operational trackers
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across operations and customer experience
• Liaising with internal departments, suppliers and service providers on operational queries

Who Should Apply

A completed degree is required. The following qualifications are specifically mentioned as suitable:

• BCom, Business Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance or Analytics degree
