Hyundai SA, operating under Motus Corporation, is recruiting Sales Trainees for its Johannesburg dealership. This is an entry-level contract role with a structured training programme designed to develop you into a fully qualified Sales Executive. A Matric certificate and a valid driver's licence are the two hard requirements. Everything else — product knowledge, sales technique, customer engagement — they will teach you.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Sales Trainee you will work alongside experienced Sales Executives, learning the full sales process from the ground up:

• Participating in the structured Hyundai Sales Trainee Programme
• Building vehicle product knowledge across the full Hyundai range
• Supporting Sales Executives with customer interactions and the sales process
• Engaging customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles
• Maintaining showroom standards and upholding the Hyundai brand
• Building customer relationships and working toward training objectives

Who Can Apply

• Minimum Grade 12 / Matric
• Valid driver's licence — this is non-negotiable
• Strong interest in a career in automotive sales
• Self-motivated, resilient and target driven
• Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
• Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage
• A diploma or degree is an advantage but not required
