Main responsibilities
- Uphold the professional image of Services SETA at all times
- Adhere to corporate values and ethical standards
- Manage reception duties and attend to walk in visitors
- Provide visitor assistance and manage waiting times
- Maintain a clean and orderly reception and office environment
- Attend to incoming calls promptly and route correctly
- Take accurate messages and ensure staff receive them on time
- Screen calls and assist with basic enquiries
- Photocopy, scan and file documents
- Distribute documents accurately and timeously
- Provide typing and document binding support
- Receive and dispatch courier items
- Collate information for reporting purposes
Programme and project support
- Assist with scheduling monitoring and evaluation visits
- Assist with scheduling induction visits
- Prepare site visit reports
- Provide clerical support to SETA projects
- Support outreach activities and stakeholder engagements
Minimum requirements
- National Senior Certificate or equivalent at NQF Level 4
- National Diploma or equivalent qualification at NQF Level 6
- Qualification in Business Administration, Public Administration, Project Management, Human Resources or related field
