Skills Development Intern — MiWay (Sanlam Group)
MiWay (part of the Sanlam Group) is recruiting a Skills Development Intern to join the Learning & Development team in Midrand. This is a 12-month internship (starting February 2026) focused on INSETA-aligned programme administration, learner management and reporting.

What the role involves
The Skills Development Intern will support the Learning & Development (Skills Development) team across the full administrative lifecycle of INSETA-aligned programmes. The role is highly administrative with compliance and audit-readiness at its core.
Key responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end programme administration and learner enrolments on internal systems and INSETA portals.
Who we’re looking for (minimum)
- Degree or Diploma in HR, Industrial Psychology or related (completed qualification required).
Skills & attributes
- Strong administrative, organisational and attention-to-detail skills.
Selection & timeline
Shortlisting will begin after the closing date for applications and depends on manager availability. The internship is scheduled to begin in February 2026. Please allow time for screening, interviews and induction.
- Applicants must be South African citizens aged 18–35.
