    • Role Overview: What You’ll Do

    As a Trainee Call Centre Agent, you will be the voice of Old Mutual. Your primary goal is to market financial products to both new and existing clients telephonically. You will help clients secure their financial futures while meeting your sales targets.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Telephonic marketing of Old Mutual products.
  • Maintaining superior service delivery to customers.
  • Effective time and task management to reach daily sales goals.
  • Strengthening customer relationships through professional engagement.

    To qualify for this trainee position, applicants must meet the following minimum criteria:

    • Education: Grade 12 (Matric).
  • Experience: 6 to 12 months of outbound call centre sales or retail sales experience.
  • Background: A clear criminal and credit record is mandatory.
  • Skills: Computer literacy (MS Office) and excellent communication skills.
