Purpose of the Role

As a Cashier at Pedros, you will be the face of the brand for visiting guests. Your primary responsibility will be managing front-of-house order taking, ensuring speed of service, processing payments accurately, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Key Responsibilities

Daily operational duties for the Polokwane Cashier role include:

Customer Service: Greeting customers warmly and creating a welcoming, professional first impression.

Order Taking: Taking customer orders accurately across in-person counter, drive-thru, or online pickup channels.

Issue Resolution: Handling minor customer concerns politely and escalating complex issues to store supervisors when necessary.
