    • Bursary Requirements

    Power Construction is looking for candidates who demonstrate both academic excellence and leadership potential. Applicants must meet the following criteria:

    • Current Status: Must be currently enrolled in a BSc or BEng Civil Engineering degree.
  • Problem-Solving: Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: High-level computer literacy (especially in Microsoft Excel).
  • Independence: Ability to work independently and take initiative on-site.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel to and work in outlying or rural project areas.

    • The Work-Back Agreement

    This bursary includes a contractual obligation. Upon successful completion of your studies, you will be required to work for Power Construction for a period equal to the duration of the bursary. This provides you with guaranteed employment and invaluable professional mentorship immediately after graduation.
