How to improve this page’s Google visibility (honest advice)
I can’t guarantee a #1 ranking on Google — no responsible provider can promise that — but you can significantly improve search performance by implementing the following best practices on the page and site:
- Use the JobPosting JSON-LD: structured data (already included above) helps Google display the vacancy in job search results.
- Unique, descriptive title and meta description: we set an SEO-friendly title and description; keep them meaningful and under the character limits.
- Canonical URL & fast hosting: ensure the canonical link points to the final URL and that the page loads quickly (fast hosting, compressed images).
- Mobile-first design: most job searches happen on mobile — ensure responsive layout and readable fonts.
- Promote the page: share on RAF social channels, LinkedIn groups, local job boards and classifieds — backlinks improve ranking.
- Keep content fresh: update the page with interview dates, shortlist notifications or FAQ updates — fresh content ranks better.
- Use descriptive, crawlable links: the apply link should be the official RAF URL (it is), and internal site links to careers, HR and contact pages help indexation.
- Encourage rich engagement: add an easy share button, comment section or apply button to increase user actions (signals to search engines).
