SASSA Limpopo Is Hiring — Permanent Posts, TVET Placements and Graduate Internships in 2026

The South African Social Security Agency has released a batch of opportunities for Limpopo Province covering three different tracks — a permanent Grants Administrator post, TVET Work Integrated Learning placements for N6 graduates, and graduate internships for university-qualified candidates. Thirteen positions in total, all closing on 12 June 2026.
SASSA is one of the most widely present government agencies in the country, distributing social grants to millions of South Africans every month. Getting experience inside that operation — whether through WIL, an internship or a permanent post — is genuinely meaningful work with practical value for any public sector career.
Track 1 — Permanent Posts: Grants Administrator x2
Grants Administrator (Level 05)
You will process grant applications, capture beneficiary information, perform beneficiary maintenance, administer medical bookings and support outreach services. A Matric plus an NQF Level 6 qualification in Public Admin, Business Admin, Economics, Law, Social Sciences or IT is required. Computer literacy is essential and a valid driver's licence is an advantage.

These placements are for TVET College students who have completed their N6 and need workplace experience to qualify for their National Diploma. The programme runs for up to 18 months at a stipend of R5,639.75 per month.

Facilities Management and Auxiliary Support x1

Track 3 — Graduate Internships (3 Positions)
These are 24-month internship placements for degree, B-Tech or diploma graduates. The monthly stipend is R7,860.50. Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years of age.
