Grade 12 with Mathematics and/or Accounting Minimum Level 4 (50%) in Maths, English, and a second language Relevant tertiary qualification is an advantage Demonstrated interest in IT Networks and IT Security Not currently employed or enrolled in any studies Open to previously disadvantaged youth Available to start in December 2025

This programme offers structured learning and practical workplace experience, leading to an NQF Level 4 qualification. Key Learning Areas Include, but not limited to: Workstation setup and maintenance Troubleshooting and resolving IT incidents Escalating issues to third-level support Providing telephonic technical assistance Supporting hardware and software rollouts Reporting and feedback to management Ongoing coaching, training and mentoring
