Safair Operations, operating as FlySafair has a vacancy for a Business Optimisation Engineer Graduate at our Head Office. The successful applicant will report to the Business Optimisation Manager. Job Description Assist in documenting, analysing and improving business processes; Contribute to projects and process initiatives by actively participating and executing assigned tasks to support successful project delivery; Perform as-is analysis and to-be design on business optimisation initiatives; Document SOPs and training material to support project rollouts; Participate in problem solving on assigned initiatives; Learn how to map processes (simple and complex) with a BPMN 2.0 notation; Update project documents on record management portals; Maintain assigned projects on the central project management tool by regularly updating project tasks, statuses and blockers; Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements on small initiatives; Keep stakeholders up to date with progress on items assigned to you; Gain exposure to relevant software and tools available to gain competence.
