What you'll do You will report to the EQA Senior Program Manager - Global Telco Professional Services Strategic Programs organization Gather, organize, and manage information from various sources such as databases, websites, reports, and internal systems Create detailed reports or summaries based on the information and research findings, ensuring that they are clear and useful for stakeholders Oversee and maintain information systems, including updating records, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that systems are optimized for user needs Ensure accurate and compliant record-keeping practices are followed, and archive documents or data when necessary You will be part of the 2025 Graduate Program which runs for 12 months. You will be in the Johannesburg office for at least 3 days a week.
