Job Description Right to Care is recruiting Data Capturers across the Gert Sibande District, with 12 positions in Chief Albert Luthuli, 3 in Dipaliseng, 11 in Govan Mbeki and 7 in Lekwa. Capturing of HIV patient data Capture all relevant patient data on site on the LYNX APP Reach daily targets for number of files captured and/or updated, as agreed upon with Line Managers. Record stats relating to daily work performance ('data entry stats'), to enable line manager to manage the employee's work performance. Respect patient confidentiality at all times. Cleaning of HIV patient data Compile daily Blitz Reports. Assist with data cleaning whenever required. Ongoing skills development Take responsibility for own professional growth and development. Obtain guidance from supervisors / managers in case of uncertainty about patient data entry or other issues. Attend compulsory in-house trainings to maintain and increase professional knowledge and skills. Identify and attend further trainings, as relevant to the job, to maintain and increase professional knowledge and skills. Collaborate with data team in compiling reports (e.g. PEPFAR reports and DoH reports, on VCT, TB, PMTCT, Care, ART, etc.) System Management As and when requested by Right to Care line manager or Right to Care Team Leader. Common examples (for illustrative purposes only) Assist M&E officer & Senior data capturer with most essential duties during periods of leave, where this does not interfere with regular Assist clerks during unexpected staff shortages forbrief periods of time. Assist with DM duties during unexpected long absence of DM during reporting deadlines.
