A grade 12 matric certificate • A degree or a national diploma qualification will be an added advantage • You must have basic computer skills – Microsoft office • A Clear Criminal record • Must have excellent telephonic etiquette • Good understating of customers in the Accounting, Payroll & HR environment • Must demonstrate good interpersonal skills and work with internal and external customers • A proactive and motivated attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow. • Excellent communication (both verbal & written) • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to support the Customer Service team.

What You’ll Do as a Customer Experience Intern: Call existing Sage customers and update internal systems Help resolve outstanding customer issues and direct them to the right channels Educate customers on Sage’s IVR (interactive voice response) systems and self-service portals Collaborate with internal teams to find practical solutions Identify trends during customer interactions and report them to Customer Experience leads What the Internship Offers: A hybrid work setup: three days per week at Sage’s Midrand office Hands-on learning with global tools and platforms The chance to work with accountants, business partners, and end-users Exposure to internal collaboration, giving you insight into the full customer service ecosystem
