As an IT intern you will assist in daily operations and work with Team Members and Guests as part of your assigned college project to demonstrate your abilities and gain knowledge in the hospitality industry. What will I be doing? The IT Intern will assist with a variety of tasks to gain practical experience in a technology environment, typically under the supervision of experienced IT Supervisor. This can include troubleshooting hardware and software, installing and configuring systems, and supporting IT services. They might also participate in projects related to network management, system updates Common Responsibilities: · Troubleshooting and Support: Providing technical assistance to users with hardware, software, and network issues. · System Maintenance: Assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, software, and hardware. · Network Management: May be involved in tasks like configuring networks, or troubleshooting network issues. · Documentation: Creating and maintaining documentation related to IT systems, processes, and solutions. · Research and Development: Exploring new technologies and solutions to improve IT operations and performance. · Other duties as assigned: May include tasks like creating reports, or contributing to knowledge base articles.
