Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related field. 3+ years of experience in enterprise software/system administration. Experience with ERP (e.g. Sage 300, Microsoft Dynamics), CRM (e.g. Salesforce), or BI tools (e.g., Power BI), (commercial etc.). Working knowledge of digital workflow platforms (e.g. Laserfiche, SharePoint). Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills. Experience with user training, support, and cross-departmental collaboration. Ability to work independently in a geographically distributed team environment.

The Technology Systems Administrator will be responsible for the support, maintenance, and administration of African Parks’ core business systems, including ERP, CRM, BI, Commercial, and Workflow platforms. The role requires a proactive, systems-oriented professional with a strong grasp of enterprise software, user support, and digital workflow optimization.
