Requirements:

A grade 12 matric certificate (must have passed accounting) • A commerce qualification preferably in Accounting or Economics • Must have basic Microsoft Excel • A Clear Criminal record • A proactive and motivated attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow • Excellent communication (both verbal & written) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently • A detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy and consistency in lead qualification • Adaptability and a problem-solving mindset to overcome challenges in a fast-paced sales environment • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to support the Customer Service team

Are you a motivated and focused individual ready to make a real impact? I’m looking for a passionate Sales Intern: Payroll to join our team at our Midrand offices. If you’re eager to learn, love working with people, and want real-world experience in a dynamic sales environment—this opportunity is for you. What you’ll be doing: As a Sales Intern, you’ll be supporting our Sales team across both Medium and Small business segments. You’ll help with quoting, CRM updates, customer outreach, and sales admin. This isn’t just learning by watching—you’ll be hands-on from day one. Here’s what the programme includes: Searching CRM/Salesforce to check if opportunities already exist and uploading quotes Creating new opportunities in Salesforce and CRM when needed Supporting sales processes: quoting, verifying tax country/branch, and ensuring GP is correct Typing and sending quotations, following up with customers to confirm receipt Calling potential customers and researching their companies Scheduling and confirming appointments for our Area Sales Managers (ASMs) Sitting in on live sales demos and assisting with meeting minutes Managing lead allocation sheets and assisting with due diligence forms Handling internal misrouted queries and escalating webform requests This is a hybrid role, meaning you’ll be in the Midrand office three days a week and work remotely the rest of the time. This internship will give you exposure to real sales operations and tools like Salesforce, Smart Sheets, and CRM systems.
