Requirements:
Grade: 12 Matric Certificate. Skills: Knowledge of SAP (ESA). Good communication (oral and written) & interpersonal relations skills. Work independently though being a team player. Customer focused (Internal and External).
Description:
Ensure that parts availability at dealer level is increased with optimum capital utilised. Handle all administration duties in the parts department. Participate in stock counts as per set schedule i.e. cycle counts, perpetual stock counts etc. Assist Parts Sales Consultants as and when required. Perform and process payments from customers according to MAN’s procedure. Process purchase orders. Execute any other administration duties as assigned by management.
