Requirements
- ✓Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
- ✓Appropriate qualification/certification in Business Management
- ✓Minimum of 6+ years of strategic sales experience within software solutions, products, and services within the manufacturing and or related industry
- ✓Minimum 2 years of experience managing strategic accounts in a SaaS (Software as a Service) environment
- ✓In-depth experience within the manufacturing and/or distribution industry (8 years plus)
- ✓ERP industry experience (Advantageous)
- ✓Target Market Industry Experience (Advantageous)
- ✓Proven account management or other relevant experience
- ✓Strong and broad cross-functional business process knowledge
- ✓Organized

About This Role
he Account Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining productive long-term business relationships with existing customers within an assigned territory to achieve sales and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities
The Account Manager represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers
Leads the customer account planning cycle and ensures assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met by the company.
Acts as the primary contact person for the strategic accounts’ stakeholders and is responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with accounts.
Required to map out long term initiatives with customer executives and manage stakeholder communication and delivery expectations both within the customer and SYSPRO.
