  • Must be a South African citizen or have a valid work permit.
  • Recently certified ID and qualifications.
  • Must be able to commit to 12 months.
  • MS Office proficiency.

  • Job Type & Contract Length:
  • Successful graduates will be expected to enter a 12-month contract. Contract to be renewed upon successful completion of the 1 Year – Subject to employers’ discretion.

About This Role

Ensure customers and suppliers accounts are up to date daily

Ensure monthly payments are done on time

Capturing documents Purchase Orders, Delivery Notes, Invoices and Payments on system

Backing up accounting system weekly, externally on hard drive

Capturing stock take

Payroll of staff

Receiving & Dispatch

Ordering

To show willingness to learn and ability to grow in this and new positions

Working Hours/Days:

Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pm

Saturday 8.30am – 1:00pm

A probation period is needed to do a handover, learn tasks/skills in to complete the job. This period is to see if candidate can handle the role and see if they are a good fit for the company. Period is between 1 and 3 months. Salary for probation period tba

No experience needed. It is favorable if candidate has experience
