We are seeking a proactive and diligent Administrator on a fixed term basis to support a fast-paced inhouse Legal & Compliance team.

Job Description

MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB

Provide administrative assistance to the Legal & Compliance team in terms of the service provider background screening process. This will include managing the dedicated mailbox, verification of screening and capturing information into spreadsheets and systems;

Act as a central point of contact and co-ordination between internal and external stakeholders.

Ad-hoc assistance to the Legal & Compliance team.
