About the Role As an Apprentice in Level Year 1 at Haval Kempton Park, you will embark on a structured learning journey focused on gaining practical experience in the automotive industry. Key Responsibilities - Participate in hands-on training sessions that cover vehicle maintenance, repair, and customer interaction. - Assist qualified technicians in diagnosing vehicle issues and performing repairs under guidance. - Learn to maintain the workshop environment, ensuring tools and equipment are organized and in good working order. - Support team members by engaging in inventory management, including tracking parts and supplies. - Develop customer service skills by interacting with clients and assisting in providing updates on vehicle status. - Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while working in a fast-paced environment. - Actively engage in ongoing training sessions and workshops to enhance automotive knowledge and skills.

Requirements

• A completed high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
