ATM Maintenance Cleaner - Makhado
Requirements
- ✓Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
- ✓Technologically literate, with the ability to use smartphones and mobile applications for job documentation and reporting
- ✓High level of integrity, honesty, and reliability
- ✓Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- ✓Willingness to work to set schedules, including early mornings or after-hours if required
- ✓Basic maintenance skills and ability to identify and report issues
- ✓2 – 3 years’ previous cleaning experience, preferably in commercial or secure environments
- ✓Experience working in banking, retail, or security-sensitive locations
- ✓Knowledge of chemicals and machinery if relevant, specifically the safety aspect thereof.
- ✓Familiarity with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- ✓Physically fit and capable of performing cleaning duties
- ✓Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic

- ✓Able to follow procedures precisely
- ✓What you will be doing
- ✓Clean and sanitise ATM machines, surrounding areas, and ATM rooms according to scheduled requirements
- ✓Ensure ATM environments are maintained to a consistently high standard of cleanliness and presentation
- ✓Checking for skimming devices or vandalism and ensuring the area around the ATM is clean and safe
- ✓Conduct basic maintenance tasks and report any faults, damage, or security concerns
- ✓Follow strict security, safety, and access procedures at all times
- ✓Complete checklists or reports after each visit to document that the cleaning and inspection were performed
- ✓Travel between sites as required to meet cleaning schedules

About the role
The Cleaner – ATM Services is responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and basic upkeep of Automated Teller Machine (ATM) facilities for a banking client.
