We invite suitably qualified candidates to apply for a 24 months Graduate Programme under Services. The position will report Business Solutions Manager and is based at Midrand.
Job Purpose
The programme offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable skills in the transport rail manufacturing industry. Participants will experience a dynamic and challenging work environment, collaborating with various teams across the organization. The role includes servicing and maintaining high‑quality products, as well as supporting the monitoring of compliance with Gibela’s requirements and standards.
Key Responsibilities
ERP Key user support on projects
ERP systems support
Master data management
Business processes support, and continuous improvement
End-User training and development of guides
Reporting and analysis for operational and management review
Participating in User Acceptance Testing and systems enhancements
Ensuring compliance and governance of the ERP system
