You'll be working as part of a dynamic incident response team, handling:
Home emergency calls requiring instant remedy and coordination
Property damage claims that may escalate to full insurance claims
Customer support throughout the initial claims process
Multi-stakeholder communication with policyholders, insurers, and contractors
Your role is crucial in providing reassurance and practical support to customers when they need it most.
Working Hours & Flexibility:
We're recruiting for various shift patterns to suit different lifestyles:
Full-time flexi shifts: 7-hour shifts, 5 days per week
Core hours: Between 8am - 8pm, Monday to Sunday
Advance notice: Shift patterns provided at least 6 weeks in advance
Need to be able to start 1 May
