In order to discharge its mandate, the FAIS Ombud seeks to appoint Graduate Trainees as part of the Graduate Recruitment Programme. This is a structured programme specifically designed to produce a pipeline of competent trainee entrants to the labour market. Recommended candidates will be given an opportunity to learn under a dedicated mentor. Graduates will be assigned to the Case Management/Adjudication Department and exposed to various competency-based training.
The duration of the programme is twelve (12) months.
