Job description
SSK is looking for a customer-focused, accurate Cashier for its Agriland store in Aberdeen, Eastern Cape. You will record sales on the POS system, handle cash and card payments, give friendly service and help with store admin. No minimum experience required.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Strong numerical and basic maths skills
- Computer literacy
- Able to work accurately under pressure
- Retail or cashier experience is an advantage, not a requirement
Responsibilities
- Record sales accurately on the POS system
- Handle cash, card and other approved payment methods
- Do general admin tasks for the till and store
- Give friendly, prompt customer service
