Requirements

About This Role
The CGR Learnership is structured to help unemployed youth gain hands-on experience in key corporate and administrative environments. Learners receive practical exposure, classroom learning, mentorship, and the chance to build skills that South African employers consistently seek.
These include:
Office administration
Data handling
Basic customer support
Professional communication
Entry-level corporate systems
This combination positions candidates for better entry-level placement opportunities after the programme.
