Requirements
- ✓Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate) / related N3 or NQF 4 in Water and Waste Water Treatment Process • Previous Water Purification plant experience will be an added advantage • Process Controller Classification as per DWS Regulation will be added advantage • Valid drivers' license with the ability to pass RW K53 test
- ✓Primary Duties
- ✓Desludging of systems • Chemical pipe work, chemical tanks and screens. • Isolation and cleaning of process systems • Clean spreader plates and holes • Removal of sand in sand traps for re-use (recovered water sump) • Maintenance of filters • Position is required to work overtime (planned/ unplanned) when necessary
