Purpose of this Role:
The purpose of this role will be to coordinate programme and learner activities to achieve each of the programme end results. The core function of this role is to ensure the principles of Occupational Intelligence are operationalized from Recruitment to Graduation across all programmes and for every learner in The Go Group ecosystem. This function is the glue that ensures each element of the ecosystem – facilitators, learners, back-office staff and marketing are all aligned and visible. This function connects each interaction in the curriculum.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Programme Co-ordination: Oversee and manage the planning, execution, and monitoring of programmes to ensure they are delivered efficiently and within the set timelines. Act as a key point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring alignment of resources and objectives.
2. Reporting & Feedback: Gather, analyse, and present data related to programme performance, ensuring stakeholders receive regular updates. Facilitate feedback loops to identify areas for improvement and inform decision-making processes.
3. Communication (Internally and Externally): Manage clear, concise, and timely communication both within the organization and with external partners or clients. Ensure all parties are informed of key updates, changes, and progress related to programmes.
4. Administration: Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth programme operations, including scheduling, documentation, and record-keeping. Handle day-to-day logistical tasks to support the overall programme team.
5. Learner Management System Management: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the Learner Management System (LMS), ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and effectively supports the organisation’s need
