A 3-year Diploma (NQF Level 6) in: Business Administration, Office Administration, Commerce, Project Management, Training and Development, or an equivalent related qualification. A minimum of 1 year experience in Administration and Customer Relations within a SETA environment. Description:

Purpose This position is responsible for providing effective, efficient and comprehensive administrative, secretarial and support services to the regional office central liaison, stakeholders, and managers to ensure that training and development initiatives within the region are properly facilitated. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be required to: Administer all records and information effectively, ensuring accessibility, accuracy, and completeness. Attend to and resolve stakeholder queries professionally and timeously. Capture and process learner registrations accurately and within required timelines, ensuring all relevant documentation is submitted and stored correctly. Perform secretarial duties to support regional administrative functions. Advise and support stakeholders regarding processes, procedures, and skills development information. Support the execution of project initiatives, including ad hoc regional projects. Maintain office management processes aligned with best practice, including filing, correspondence, communication and payment requisitions. Accurately capture information on the system and ensure data integrity. Generate reports to support performance monitoring and office targets. Administer all aspects of the suspension process for apprentices and learners. Monitor and track progress against set performance targets.
