Description:
Responsible for supporting process optimisation, efficiency improvements and operational enhancements within SBV by analysing workflows, identifying inefficiencies and assisting in project implementation. Job Description Identify operational methods and processes Analyse existing operational workflows to identify inefficiencies, redundancies and improvement opportunities through the effective use of relevant tools. Effective and correct utilization of process mapping and documentation tools (e.g. Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) to identify, define and document the existing and proposed operational methods and processes to increase efficiencies, reduce costs and contribute to revenue opportunities. Facilitate workshops (Joint Application Design) with relevant stakeholders to gather information to determine the business requirements. Plan, conduct and facilitate time and motion studies across all business functions, as and when required to analyse task efficiency and identify areas for improvement. Governance Subscribe and align to SBV Services' ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standards, ensuring the department’s processes and quality management system is at all times in compliance with the standard. Support SBVs ESG journey, reporting on and managing the ESG requirements to ensure a positive reflection and outcome. Provide technical support and documentation Assist in the creation of process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflow diagrams. Gather and organize information pertaining to business specifications and/or functional requirements. Maintain accurate records of process changes, test results and performance metrics.
