• Key responsibilities:
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using industrial engineering principles such as lean processes, process optimisation, and standardisation.
• Assist with capacity planning, workflow analysis, and resource utilisation to improve productivity and service levels.
• Support project planning, coordination, and execution of operational and engineering improvement projects.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, Facilities, and Health & Safety.
• Support the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures and process documentation.
• Assist in monitoring operational performance against KPIs and identifying corrective actions.
