- ✓Key responsibilities:
- ✓Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using industrial engineering principles such as lean processes, process optimisation, and standardisation.
- ✓Assist with capacity planning, workflow analysis, and resource utilisation to improve productivity and service levels.
- ✓Support project planning, coordination, and execution of operational and engineering improvement projects.
- ✓Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- ✓Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, Facilities, and Health & Safety.
- ✓Support the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures and process documentation.
- ✓Assist in monitoring operational performance against KPIs and identifying corrective actions.
