- ✓Bachelor of Engineering Technology Honours , Postgraduate Diplomas, Master of Engineering

- ✓Recent Graduation: Typically, recent graduates or those who graduated within the past two years.
- ✓Academic Achievement: Strong academic record and demonstrated achievement in coursework and extracurricular activities.
- ✓Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- ✓Mindset: Curiosity, eagerness to learn, adaptability and a growth mindset.
