- ✓Must be studying towards National Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical
- ✓Must be currently registered student or enrolled in 2026 at any Public accredited institution of Higher Education
- ✓Must have a minimum average of 60% in previous year of study
- ✓Must be from any of the communities situated in Nelson Mandela Metropolitan Municipality
